This recipe comes from Allen Katz, host of "The Cocktail Hour" on Martha Stewart Living Radio.
- 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 ounce sloe gin
- 1/2 ounce light rum
- Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Top with two thin slices of fresh peach.
