This recipe for horseradish sauce comes from chef Anne Willan.
Martha Stewart Living Television, December 2000
- 1 tablespoon (heaping) freshly grated horseradish or 3 tablespoons bottled
- Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
- Stir horseradish, salt, pepper, and lemon juice into whipped cream.
