- 1 Portuguese or Kaiser roll, halved crosswise
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3 to 4 ounces sliced fresh turkey breast
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and cut into 2-inch strips
- 3 thin slices cheddar cheese
- 3 slices avocado, 1/4-inch thick
- 2 slices tomato, 1/4-inch thick
- 2 leaves romaine lettuce
- Spread both sides of a roll with mayonnaise. On bottom, layer turkey, bacon, cheddar, avocado, tomato and lettuce. Cover with top half of roll. Slice, and serve.
