Yield Makes enough for 4 servings
- 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, cilantro, and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.
