- 4 ounces bourbon
- 6 sprigs fresh mint
- 2 sugar cubes
- In a mixing glass, muddle ingredients so that the sugar dissolves and is well-blended with the mint. Let sit for minute to release mint flavors.
- Shake over ice and strain into a glass filled with shaved ice.
