Here, the Brazilian caipirinha uses vodka in place of the usual cachaca. Kiwifruits give it a punch of flavor.

- 6 peeled kiwifruits
- 3 cups tonic
- 1 cup Limeade (http://www.marthastewart.com/255231/limeade)
- 1/2 cup vodka
- Ice cubes
- Peeled kiwifruit slices, for garnish
- Muddle kiwifruits in a bowl or pulse in a food processor until
chopped and juice is extracted. Strain fruit through a fine sieve; discard solids. Transfer to a large pitcher. Stir in tonic, limeade, and vodka. Fill pitcher with ice cubes. Garnish with peeled kiwifruit slices.
