Ingredients

    • 1 cup cold heavy cream
    • 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
    • 2 tablespoons Calvados or other brandy

Directions

  1. Whip cream and confectioners' sugar until soft peaks form. Stir in Calvados. Use immediately.
