This refreshing mango-carrot smoothie gives you a boost at breakfast time.

- 1 peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped mango (about 1 cup)
- 1 1/2 cups carrot juice
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
- In a blender, puree mango, carrot juice, yogurt, honey, lime juice, and ice cubes on high speed until smooth.
- Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
