Strawberry-Swirl Ice Cream Soda
Serve with a spoon and a straw.

Yield Makes 4 12-ounce sodas
- 12 scoops Vanilla-Strawberry-Swirl Ice Cream (http://www.marthastewart.com/256149/vanilla-strawberry-swirl-ice-cream)
- 24 ounces seltzer
- 1/2 cup Strawberry Syrup and Strawberry Puree (http://www.marthastewart.com/282750/strawberry-syrup-and-strawberry-puree)
- Place 3 scoops of ice cream in each of 4 tall soda glasses, and slowly cover halfway with seltzer. Drizzle Strawberry Syrup on top of the ice cream, making sure it coats the inside of the glasses; then fill to the top with additional seltzer.
