This recipe comes from Allen Katz, host of "The Cocktail Hour" on Martha Stewart Living Radio.
- 3 ounces bourbon
- 1 ounce PAMA liqueur
- 6 sprigs fresh mint
- 2 sugar cubes
- In a mixing glass, muddle mint and sugar with bourbon and PAMA.
- Shake ingredients vigorously over ice and strain into a glass over shaved ice. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve.
