Grainy Mustard Sauce
This versatile mustard sauce from Esca chef David Pasternack is an excellent accompaniment to fresh fish and seafood dishes.

- 1 3/4 cups Homemade Mayonnaise (http://www.marthastewart.com/296618/homemade-mayonnaise), or store-bought
- 2 tablespoons grainy mustard, preferably Orleans brand
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of freshly ground pepper
- In a medium bowl mix together all ingredients until well combined.
