- Yield Makes about 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tahini (sesame-seed paste)
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- In a small bowl, whisk together light mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, and tahini; season with coarse salt and ground pepper.
