Spaghetti With Roasted Tomato Sauce
Instead of simmering them on the stove, roast the ingredients for the sauce together in the oven for a rich, smoky taste.

- 3/4 pound spaghetti
- 1 cup warmed <u>Roasted Tomato Sauce</u>
- Parmesan cheese, if desired
- Cook 3/4 pound spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain; return to pot.
- Toss pasta with 1 cup warmed Roasted Tomato Sauce. Divide among serving bowls, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
