This recipe for mocha-chip pudding is a delicious treat for the whole family.

- 4 to 5 teaspoons instant espresso powder
- 1 recipe cooled Vanilla or Chocolate Pudding (http://www.marthastewart.com/263591/vanilla-or-chocolate-pudding)
- 1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
- Dissolve 4 to 5 teaspoons instant espresso powder in 2 tablespoons boiling water; set aside until cool.
- Mix dissolved espresso into 1 recipe cooled Chocolate Pudding. Garnish with 1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips.
