Cranberry Syrup
Serve with Best Buttermilk Pancakes.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups pure maple syrup
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, cleaned and picked over
Directions
- Place ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Let simmer, stirring occasionally, until berries pop, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
