- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
