- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons adobo sauce (without chipotles)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- In a small bowl, stir together reduced-fat sour cream, adobo sauce, and milk; season with coarse salt and ground pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
