Yield Makes 6 tablespoons
- 2 cups blueberries (9 ounces)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves and berries release their juices, 10 to 12 minutes. Strain syrup (do not press down on berries); discard solids. Refrigerate until cool.
