Sugar Snap Peas with Sesame
This is one of Ina Garten's best sellers at her Barefoot Contessa gourmet food store in East Hampton, New York.
- 1 pound sugar-snap peas
- Dark sesame oil
- Black sesame seeds
- Remove and discard stem end and string from each pea pod. In a large bowl, toss snap peas with enough sesame oil to lightly coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to garnish, and serve at room temperature.
