It's a bright idea to add citrus to the classic party pairing of cool drinks and crunch notes. Try this rum punch with a side of Chili Lime Cashews.

- 2 cups strained fresh orange juice (from about 8 oranges)
- 2/3 cup light rum
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon bitters
- Orange zest, for garnish
- In a large pitcher, stir together orange juice, rum, lemon juice, sugar, and bitters. To serve, pour over ice and garnish with orange zest if desired.
