Sencha Green Tea

The Martha Stewart Show
- 2 teaspoons Sencha green tea leaves
- Fill a small pot or teakettle with spring or mineral water; bring to a boil.
- Pour water into a Yuzamaski "cooling vessel."
- Place tea leaves into a small teapot. Pour over cooled water; cover and let stand 2 minutes.
- Pour tea into 3 teacups, rotating cups while pouring. Serve immediately.
