- 2 tablespoons plus 1 additional tablespoon <a href="/recipe/strawberry-syrup-colorful-cows">Strawberry Syrup</a>, <a href="/recipe/blueberry-syrup">Blueberry Syrup</a>, or <a href="/recipe/mint-syrup-colorful-cows">Mint Syrup</a>
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup seltzer
- To prepare 1 cow, pour 2 tablespoons syrup into a chilled glass. Add 2 scoops vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with an additional tablespoon syrup, top with seltzer, and stir.
