- 1 1/2 pounds asparagus
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Heat broiler. On a baking sheet, toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread in a single layer.
- Broil, turning occasionally, until tender, 8 to 12 minutes.
