Determine the combined length of the hemstitched border on all sides of each napkin, add 5 inches, and cut a narrow ribbon to that length. Starting at one corner, weave ribbon through the openings at regular intervals using a tapestry needle. When you return to the beginning, knot ribbon ends, and trim excess.
