- Scan a favorite recipe into your computer, and print it onto colorfast printer fabric (junetailor.com). Let ink dry.
- Peel paper backing from fabric. Iron fabric to set ink. Rinse, and let dry. Trim top of fabric, leaving a 1/4-inch seam allowance.
- Trim sides and bottom, allowing for a 1/8-inch seam allowance. Fold in and iron edges so they will stay in place, making stitching easier.
- Stitch top seam down, using a sewing machine. Then stitch sides and bottom of recipe to apron, leaving the top open as a pocket.
