You don't need special piping tips to render your children's favorite things in icing. Just tuck these paper flags into the frosting of their birthday cupcakes for darling-and instant-decorations. Use all six of our designs or let your child choose the one she likes best. Making them is a piece of cake: Simply photocopy the flags in color, cut them out, and then tape each to a toothpick.

Photocopy images above in color onto white card stock, or download them and print them out.
Cut out using scissors or a 2-inch-circle craft punch (turn it upside down so you can easily see the positioning, as shown at left).
Tape a toothpick or short skewer to the back of each cutout.
