Lightly spray stencil with stencil tack or adhesive. Load stencil brush with paint mixture. Pounce paint into entire stencil onto fabric. (Due to the heavy texture and absorption of the fabric, you may want to stencil surface twice (start at the beginning, and don't wait for first coat to dry). Stencil pattern will need to be repeated to create design surface area big enough make seat covers.
Remove stencil from fabric to reveal painted area.
For covering seats, lay down batting on table. Stack foam and then plywood on top. Pull batting around plywood, and staple in place.
Pull opposite side tightly, and staple around fabric to complete seat cushion.
