Generously ink fish by rolling a brayer in fabric paint and then rolling onto fish. Place T-shirt front side down on inked fish and pat in place. Carefully lift T-shirt and lay front side up to dry.
Print hook template. Trace and fill in hook shape with pencil. Turn template over onto a printing block or eraser and rub the back of the template with the pencil to transfer the image. Carve around the transferred hook shape with a linoleum cutter to make a stamp.
