Keeping electronic devices charged is easier if you make it an evening ritual. Create a charging station in a nightstand with a back, a drawer, and an outlet close by.

Charging Drawer How-To
1. Drill matching holes in the back of the nightstand and the rear of the drawer.

2. Affix adhesive wire clips (available at office-supply stores) to the drawer bottom and cable, near holes.

3. Thread cords, leaving enough loose line so drawer can open; clip them, and tie on a 5-ounce fishing weight behind table to take up the slack when the drawer is closed.
