Mixed Vegetable Salad
This crunchy, healthy snack is easy to make using a mandoline.

- 4 ribs celery
- 4 carrots, peeled
- 4 radishes, cleaned and trimmed
- <A href="/vgn-ext-templating/v/index.jsp?vgnextoid=b64aaa80da603110VgnVCM1000003d370a0aRCRD">Vinaigrette</A>, as needed
- Thinly slice vegetables crosswise using a mandoline. Place in a large bowl and toss with vinaigrette. Serve at room temperature.
