Pina Colada Sauce

- 1 cup cream of coconut, preferably Coco Lopez
- 3/4 cup store-bought or fresh pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup coconut liquor
- 1/4 cup white rum
- Zest of 1 lime
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- Just before serving, combine all ingredients in a glass measuring cup. Using an immersion blender, blend until combined.
