Spiced Cashew Cream with Fruit

- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- Coarse salt
- Apple and/or pear slices, for serving
- Soak cashews in water for 30 minutes. Transfer to a blender with cinnamon and honey and blend until smooth. Season with salt and refrigerate in an airtight container up to 1 week. Serve with apple and/or pear slices.
