- Salt and pepper
- Chicken wings
- Miso (preferably awase or aka)
- Roast lightly oiled and salted chicken wings in a 400 degree oven until crisp and golden. Combine 2 parts honey and 1 part miso); season with pepper. Brush wings with glaze; roast 3 minutes. Brush with more glaze and serve.
