- 2 ounces pisco
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon <u>Simple Syrup</u>
- 1 tablespoon egg white
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add pisco, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white and shake to combine. Strain into a coupe glass. Top with bitters and swirl with a spoon.
