- 2 cups ice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 to 3 ounces dark rum
- 2 to 3 tablespoons cream of coconut
- Pineapple wedge, for garnish
- Place ice in a blender along with pineapple juice, rum, and cream of coconut. Blend until mixture is frothy. Pour into a goblet, garnish with pineapple wedge. Serve immediately.
