Ingredients

Makes 2 1/2 cups

  • 5 tablespoons dried egg white powder
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 pound confectioners' sugar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together 5 tablespoons dried egg white powder, 1/3 cup water, and 1 pound confectioners' sugar until smooth.
