Johnny Iuzzini in the Kitchen
Johnny Iuzzini's interest in the art of pastry began at the age of 17, when he began working at the River Cafe. After he graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and apprenticeships in some of France's finest restaurants and patisseries, Johnny made a name for himself as the executive pastry chef at Jean-Georges. Today, he joins Martha in the kitchen to make one of his recipes for Buche de Noel.

Renee Fleming Performs
Renee Fleming has had the honor of performing in some of the great opera houses of the world. In 2006, she released her CD, "Homage: The Age of the Diva," which highlights her incredible vocal talent. Today, she's in the studio to sing "Silent Night," demonstrating why she's considered one of opera's top sopranos.

National Christmas Center
Nestled in Pennsylvania Dutch country, the National Christmas Center is a museum dedicated to preserving and sharing precious Christmas memorabilia from around the world. Twelve main galleries and many changing smaller exhibits bring the holiday to life. Today, Jim Morrison, the center's owner, shows some of his favorite collectibles, as well as the replica of a Woolworth's store he built inside the museum.
