Baby Bunch Bouquet

This unique craft is an ideal gift for any new mom.

Tools and Materials
Clothing items (T-shirt, one-piece, hat, bib, and pair of socks)
Floral tape
6 large paper or fabric roses (3 apricot, 3 green)
13 small paper or fabric roses (8 pink, 5 green)
15 or 16 small paper leaves
Small bucket to put finished bunch in (or tissue paper and ribbon)
Scissors

Other Optional Additions
Large paper or fabric leaves
Other paper or fabric flowers

Baby Bunch How-To
Rolling the Socks: First Bud
1. Lie socks out, overlapping one over the other.

2. Roll socks from the toe into a tight role.

3. Hold 3 small leaves around the edge of the bud.

4. Tape with green gardening tape: tape from the top and spiral down until the bud is held in place.

5. Twist wires together at bottom.

Rolling the Hat: Second Bud
1. Lie hat flat with top to the left.

2. Fold top down and bottom up to form a neat rectangle.

3. Roll from top of hat, forming a tight bud.

4. Add 3 paper flowers around edge.

5. Start taping from top, spiraling down.

6. Add 3 small leaves and continue taping all together.

7. Finish tape at wires and cut tape.

8. Twist the stems together.

Rolling the Bib: Third Bud
1. Lie bib flat, with the bottom snapped.

2. Fold bib in half to line up seams at top.

3. Roll from end with snaps all the way along seam to form a tight bud.

4. Add 3 paper flowers.

5. Start taping from top, spiraling down.

6. Add 3 small leaves.

7. Continue taping everything together until tape reaches wires; cut tape.

8. Twist wires together.

Rolling the T-shirt: Fourth Bud
1. Lie T-shirt flat.

2. Fold in half, putting seams together.

3. Start rolling from left to right to form a tight bud.

4. Add 4 paper flowers.

5. Start taping from top, spiraling down

6. Add 3 small paper leaves.

7. Continue to tape until you reach the stems; cut tape.

Rolling the One-Piece: Fifth and Sixth Buds
1. Lie one-piece flat.

2. Fold in arms.

3. Fold in half, putting seams together.

4. Roll tightly away from body to form 2 buds.

5. Add 3 paper flowers to one bud and wrap tape around a couple of times; cut tape.

6. Add 3 paper flowers to second bud and wrap tape around a couple of times.

7. Continue wrapping tape around both buds.

8. Combine 3 or 4 small paper leaves, twist stems together.

9. Tape all the way down to the wires; cut tape.

10. Twist wires together.

Group Buds Together to Form a Bouquet
1. Add a large paper or fabric flower to T-shirt bud; twist stems together.

2. Add a paper or fabric flower to bib bud; twist stems together.

3. Add a paper or fabric flower to hat bud; twist stems together.

4. Add a paper or fabric flower to one-piece bud; twist stems together.

5. Twist all the stems together.

6. Put into small pail or wrap bunch with tissue paper and finish with ribbon.
