Denim Coverall Dress

2. When they come out of the dryer, they will have a slightly distressed look -- "perfect for a casual summer dress," says Katie. 3. Cut off the legs with scissors (measure down 20 inches from the coverall waistband).
5. Cut along inside seams of both legs. (this will separate the back of the skirt from the front.)
6. Fold extra fabric in to create a smooth seam for the skirt. Pin in place.
7. Stitch on the front of the skirt from the bottom of the hem to the fly.
8. Repeat the stitching on the back side. Cut off any excess fabric on the inside.
