What You'll Need
Chambray Work Shirt
Scrap of Liberty cotton floral fabric (available at purl.com)
Fusible web (such as Stitch Witchery available at joann.com)

Pocket How-To
1. Lay out your pocket chambray shirt. Cut out a piece of desired fabric. (Be sure to make the piece an inch wider all the way around.).

2. Fold back the inch excess and iron all the way around. Line up the fabric on the pocket of the shirt again to ensure it fits but does not extend beyond the pocket seams. (Also, make sure you fold back the top seam to allow the button closure.)

3. Apply the fusible web along the edge of the pocket (following manufacturer directions). Place the fabric pocket on top. Make sure there is no visible fabric tape. Iron over pocket (using fusible web directions).

4. The shirt is now complete and is safe to wash or dry-clean.
