Strawberry geranium: Saxifraga stolonifera

Most members of the genus Saxifraga are grown as garden plants, but S. stolonifera thrives as a houseplant. Its common name, mother of thousands, comes from its dangling runners that produce new miniature plantlets. This plant is best appreciated in a hanging basket since the runners may reach as long as three feet.
