'Topsy Turvy' bears rosettes of succulent, blue-green leaves and develops short spikes of red flowers late in the growing season. Easily grown from offsets, echeveria accepts coarse, poor soils and tolerates extreme heat as well as brief lows of 20°F. Echeveria are often grown as houseplants in colder regions.
