  First place went to Ito, dressed as one of the most fashionable women on the planet: Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour. The four-year-old, whose  full name is Ito Montgomery Aldridge-Lungren, lives in the Bernal Heights section of San Francisco with his parents John Aldridge and Eric Lungren. When proclaiming the winner, Valentino exclaimed, "You cannot talk fashion without talking Anna Wintour!"

  Second Place: Jolly, looking very glamorous in a toile de Jouy dress. Owned by Sarah Horton of Hampton, New Hampshire, Jolly tells us her designer was inspired by a dress in a Cortina shop window, and thought the color and silhouette would suit Jolly. Obviously, Valentino agreed.
