Poached eggs over toasted slices of country bread are seasoned with Parmesan and marjoram and accompanied by a chunky tomato sauce and sauteed spinach.

Sauteed Spinach with Garlic

Espresso Biscuits

1. Prepare espresso dough, and bake biscuits.
2. Make chunky tomato sauce; let simmer.
3. Toast bread, top with Parmesan, and let melt.
4. Poach eggs, and reserve in tomato.
