Old-Fashioned Tapioca with Sauteed Nectarines

1. Make pudding.
2. Salt eggplant, make sauce, assemble layers, and bake.
3. Roast potatoes; make vinaigrette.
4. Prepare and roast corn.
5. Toss potato salad.
6. After dinner, saute nectarines.
