Citrus Marinated Pork Chops

Roasted Barley Pilaf
Sauteed Green Apples and Leeks

Winter Fruit Salad

1. Assemble all ingredients and utensils.
2. Marinate pork chops.
3. Pan-roast barley for pilaf; add shallots, mushrooms, and stock.
4. While pilaf simmers, remove pork chops from marinade and cook.
5. Saute green apples and leeks.
6. Assemble salad.
