Baked potatoes, roasted garlic, and creamed greens accompany chicken saltimbocca, a variation on the classic Italian dish -- the name means "jump in the mouth."

Creamed Swiss Chard

Chamomile Dried Fruit Compote

1. Roast the garlic and potatoes.
2. Meanwhile, poach dried fruit and let stand at room temperature.
3. Prepare, assemble, and saute chicken.
4. Make creamed Swiss chard.
5. Mix mascarpone with liqueur and sugar; serve over poached fruit.
