Chicory Salad with Lemon Anchovy Vinaigrette

Creamy Polenta with Bacon and Sage

Roasted Pears with Pecorino Cheese

1. Make polenta.
2. Assemble salad and make vinaigrette.
3. Saute chicken livers.
4. Arrange liver over polenta.
5. Roast pears; cut pecorino.
