Up to 2 days ahead, toast pecans for salad; store in an airtight container.
The morning of, trim and cook green beans; make dressing for salad. Cover; refrigerate separately. Make Sticky Toffee Pudding and Toffee Sauce; store, assembled, at room temperature.
2 hours ahead, make pork roast. Make squash puree; slice fennel for salad.
Just before serving, reheat squash. Toss salad; slice the roast. Reheat the reserved Toffee Sauce.
