1. Up to one week ahead: Prepare ice cream tart; cover and wrap tightly with plastic wrap, then freeze.
2. Up to two days ahead: Prepare cornbread puddings. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
3. Up to 30 minutes ahead: Prepare chili.
